What we collect

When you use our quote form, the details you enter (caravan information, your name and postcode) are not stored on this website. They are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing is sent until you press send. Once sent, we receive the message together with your WhatsApp name and phone number.

How we use it

Only to value your caravan, make you an offer and arrange collection. We never sell your data or use it for marketing without your permission.

How long we keep it

Quote conversations are deleted after 12 months unless a purchase goes ahead, in which case we keep sale records as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used, including clicks on WhatsApp and phone links. It sets cookies and sends this usage data to Google. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set. The map on our contact section only loads Google Maps after you click "Show map".

WhatsApp is provided by Meta. Their own privacy policy applies to messages sent through their service.
