- Soft or spongy floors, especially by the door, in corners and in front of the washroom
- Walls that feel soft or flex when you press them

- Staining, tide marks or black mould on walls, ceilings or inside lockers
- Bubbling or rippling on the outside panels, which can be a sign of delamination
